What we will cover in the appointment

We will be discussing your options and how best we can work with you. You are welcome to bring along a family member or support worker if you wish.

Running late on the day?

We’ll always do our best to see people but if you are over 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee we will have time to complete the appointment.

Need to change or cancel your appointment?

If the [insert date and time allocated] is not a good time for you, please let us know as soon as possible to re-arrange or discuss alternatives.

We will provide reminders before the appointment
